There will be a Heart Heath Day in Mallow on May 1^st, with drop in health checks from 10-4pm in Dairygold Mallow where you can get your blood pressure and BMI checked, as well as a Heart Health Talk in the Mercy Centre from 1.30-2.30pm. The talk will cover risk factors, signs and symptoms of heart disease, the importance of being active and community supports.
