I have been administrator in Le Cheile FRC with the past 20 years. I am responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the company’s financial systems and procedures along with the implementation of the apportionment of overheads across the various programmes delivered. I am also responsible for completing financial returns for Tusla Child & Family Agency, Pobal, AMIFDA2 and other programmes the FRC delivers. I monitor programme administration budgets to ensure programme guidelines are followed. I administer payroll and prepare financial reports for management and the Board of Directors on a monthly basis. I liaise with the Company Auditors on an annual basis in preparation of the annual Audited Accounts. I like the variety of the work and the busy working environment and how the organisation has grown and expanded through the years.
